Three cheese, biltong and avo pizza

  • 1 pizza dough round (Store bought)
  • ½ cup tomato sauce
  • 1 cup shredded mozzarella
  • ¼ cup feta
  • 1 cup grated cheddar cheese
  • A large handful of sliced Biltong
  • 1 Avo sliced


  • Preheat the oven to 180 degrees
  • Lightly spread the tomato sauce over the base of the dough – you don’t want to make it too thick otherwise the pizza becomes soggy in the middle.
  • Now sprinkle your ingredients – layer the mozzarella cheese over the sauce, then randomly place the Biltong and then the cheddar and feta.
  • Place the pizza on a sprayed oven pan and bake for 20 minutes. Add the avocado when you take it out of the oven and serve immediately.
