For a lekker South African snack, try this fuss-free, delicious biltong pâté on melba toast/toasted baguette slices.
- Glass Bowl
- 1 tub Smooth Cottage Cheese (200g)
- 30 ml Mayonnaise
- 30 ml Plain Yogurt
- 100 g Biltong Powder
- 45 ml Peppadews finely chopped
- Freshly ground black pepper
- Mix together all ingredients and serve with French loaf dipped in olive oil or crackers.
